“I went to see Rebecca having sought out other approaches to releasing what felt like stuck emotion, and discomfort in my hip area. The Holistic Pelvic Care was a powerful experience. I connected to the energy of my daughter’s birth, and was able to rewrite and release some of the elements that had left me with emotional discomfort. It was an incredibly healing session, after which I felt clear, energised, and connected to my power. For any women who are seeking greater connection, healing, and emotional release, I would highly recommend Rebecca. I felt entirely safe through the intimate treatment and within Rebecca's care.”

Rebecca Davies – Women’s health, pregnancy and cranial osteopathy

I support women through pain, recovery and life transitions with a holistic, attentive approach to care. My work brings together osteopathy, pelvic health and cranial osteopathy, shaped by both clinical practice and lived experience, to offer gentle support for women and their babies.

How I work

I work with women across many stages of life, including fertility and conception support, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and longer-term women’s health concerns. Alongside this, I offer cranial osteopathy for babies, gently supporting them following birth and through early development.

My approach has been shaped by many years of clinical practice, specialist postgraduate training in women’s health osteopathy and pelvic care, and a deep commitment to ongoing learning. Alongside my clinical training, I bring an intuitive, body-led approach to my work, guided by a genuine love of learning and a desire to help women understand and trust their bodies more deeply.

I work slowly and carefully, guided by listening - to the body, to symptoms, and to what may be sitting quietly beneath the surface.

Areas I support

  • Women’s health and pelvic support

  • Fertility, pregnancy and postnatal recovery

  • INDIBA, Scar Tissue Treatment

  • Cranial osteopathy for babies

  • Massage Therapy

  • Ongoing support through life transitions

Beyond treatment

Alongside my one-to-one work, I also hold spaces for women beyond treatment, including women’s and mothers’ circles and retreats.

Each year, MotherCircle brings together eight women who come together over time to share openly, reflect, and make sense of the parts of motherhood that are so often carried quietly and alone. It has become a deeply held, recurring space, returning each year as part of my ongoing work with women. Throughout the year, you may also find me holding or contributing to women’s retreats, workshops and circles. If you’re curious, I’m always happy to share more.

What sits at the heart of my work

At the heart of everything I offer is a deep trust in the innate wisdom of women’s bodies, the importance of being gently held through change, and the power of feeling less alone.

My work - whether through osteopathy, pelvic care or circle - is rooted in care, presence and long-term support.

“I had such an amazing experience with Rebecca. She is a gifted healer, it goes beyond osteopathy what she does. I find it hard to put into words. Her approach is kind and loving with deep knowledge of her craft. She handles what is a very sensitive part of femininity with great openness. I felt immediate results in my body and felt an emotional burden also lifted. I would highly recommend Rebecca. You’ll feel so much better after working with her.”
