Online consultation is up to 90 minutes long and the fee is £150.
Home visit is up to 2.5 hours long and the fee is £295 (travel expenses included).
For families who chose the online consultation and then require a home visit too, this is charged as a follow up visit which is up to 90 minutes and the fee is £175.

I offer home visits and online consultations.
Each consultation includes full feeding history so far, with relevant pregnancy and birth history, assessment of position and latch, practising different positions and finding what works best thorough Q&A (it is a good idea to write your questions down before the appointment), and a sustainable plan going forwards.
You will also have free unlimited follow up Q&A via email or messaging.
Home visits also include oral function and muscle tension assessment, practical use of a pump, craniosacral treatment / tension release for the baby if required.
“I contacted Barbara when my son was 2 months old. He had his tongue tie released at 3 weeks old but we were still struggling with his weight, having to top up, my supply and still sore nipples. Barbara was very supportive and came to see us the next day even though it was a Sunday. She has very calm and warm manner. She identified tension in Alfie’s neck and jaws and showed us how to work with him to optimise his oral function. She has also done craniosacral treatment on him and since then he sleeps much better.
